We’re back. My third Iconic Leadership Circle starts this June. This time around we’re bringing the Evolution or Revolution Circle. Evolution or Revolution is a coaching circle for creative, impact-minded leaders who are performing well on the outside but feel something shifting in how they show up, how they carry their work, and how they lead. This circle isn't about tactics or performance fixes. It's a consciousness-based experience that blends somatic grounding, inner wisdom, and practical leadership coaching to help you understand the patterns driving your behavior at a level that creates real, lasting change. Stop adapting by shrinking, overextending, or over-controlling and start leading from a place of clarity and groundedness.
